Do you have a minimum for weddings?

No! We work with all budgets. Our designers are happy to make suggestions that keep your inspiration alive while staying within budget. We offer full service floral design and specialty rentals as well as small bridal bouquets for courthouse weddings and micro weddings.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! We love sharing our blooms throughout NC and beyond! Travelling fees vary based on size of event and location. To get started, check out our weddings & events page!

How do I book you for my wedding?

Complete our questionnaire to check our availability and setup a consultation with one of our designers!

How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?

Typically our clients begin their process around 6-12 months before their planned event. This allows plenty of time for follow ups and finalizing details as your planning progresses. If available, we can take on events last minute, however keep in mind the sooner you book, the more likely we can source the colorscheme and flower type of your choice!

When is my final payment due?

The final payment is due in the form of a check mailed to our shop 30 days before your event. Once we receive your payment, we will begin ordering your flowers and supplies.

How can I secure my wedding date?

A 25% non-refundable deposit and signed contract will secure our services for your big day.

What should I bring to my consultation?

Inspiration photos, a floor plan, and color scheme are most helpful to reference during the consultation. We require our getting married questionnaire to be completed prior to all consultations. Our questionnaire is a great starting tool to begin brainstorming all areas that may need floral on your big day!

We are planning from out of town... Can I book with you without coming in for a consultation?

Absolutely! If you know that Fiore is the one for you, you can reserve your wedding/event date with a $500 non refundable deposit to hold the date. If you would like to see a proposal before committing, we offer consultations via phone. Once you meet with a designer, you will be sent a proposal. From there you will be able to book with us online or over the phone.

Will you travel for an on-site consultation?

Yes! We love to explore new places! We are happy to meet with booked clients to elaborate on design aspects. If you are not yet booked, we do charge a consultation fee depending on location.

Can you help me with other design elements for my wedding?

Yes! We offer design services to help create a cohesive design and manage all visual vendors along the way!

Do you offer mock-ups?

Yes! You can schedule a mock up for bouquets, centerpieces, hair combs, or anything you have trouble envisioning! The cost varies depending on mock-up. We recommend doing the mock-up in the same season of your event so that the same seasonal flowers are available.

Do you work with non-wedding related events?

We do! We provide florals for many occasions including birthdays, babyshowers, anniversaries, engagements, funerals, any and all celebrations and milestones.

Do you have any items available for rent?

Yes! We have a large inventory room offering a variety of rentals. From large scale arbors, structures, and columns, to vase selections. We also offer rentals of candles, lanterns, pillows, table numbers, easels, and more to make your tablescape and wedding design complete!

Do you have an in-house calligrapher?

Yes! We offer custom made welcome signs, escort boards, enlarged wedding programs, and more! Contact us for a quote today!

Is there a minimum for delivery?

Our minimum for delivery is $65 + tax and delivery.

What is your delivery fee?

Local deliveries are $15, while surrounding areas (Leland, Hampstead, etc.) are $20.

Can I choose my delivery time?

Yes! If you would like your order to arrive within a specific time frame, just let us know when placing your order and we will deliver at the designated time.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes, we deliver on Saturdays! However due to weddings and events taking place, we do not specify a guaranteed time frame.

Do you deliver to hospitals / nursing homes / assisted living?

Yes we do!

I love an arrangement pictured on your website, but I want a different color palette, is that an option?

Absolutely! We are happy to substitute flowers for a different color scheme! Keep in mind, flowers may vary based on availability and season.

How do I care for my flowers?

Change water daily for longer lasting blooms. For best results, trim the stems each time water is refreshed. Remove any foliage below the water line. Display in a cool location, out of direct sunlight. Avoid excessively hot or cold areas. See Flower Care for more info.

Do my flowers come in a vase?

Yes, all arrangements are in a clear glass vase unless presentation wraps, or loose flowers are requested! We also have a large variety of specialty vases to upgrade your order!

What if I would like to order specific flowers?

We ask for at least week in advance for specific flower types to arrive so we can reach out to our suppliers and ensure the product arrives on time.

Do you take standing / recurring orders?

Yes! We are happy to set up a recurring order. Many of our clients have flowers delivered weekly or bi weekly to spruce up their homes, offices, and businesses. We offer 10% off to all monthly subscriptions.

Do you deliver to businesses / stores / office buildings?

Of course! Just let us know the name of the company and hour of operation so we can ensure a smooth delivery.

Do you deliver to hotels?

We do! We need the recipient’s name as well as room number before attempting the delivery. Once we have this information, we will call and coordinate a delivery time with the hotel.
